Do You Need More 'Oral Passion' In Your Life?

Anyone who knows me knows that I am all about oral passion and it’s really what set’s my soul on fire.

We all have many orifices in our body yet I’m talking about that beautiful little smiley one with teeth on the front of our face.

Have I lost your attention now? I hope not because that orifice is one of the most beautifully empowering and life-changing of all and I wanna make you grin from ear to ear!

Yeah but what's an orifice though Teddie!? I hear ya friends, its an opening anywhere on your beautiful body. In general Females have 9 orifices and males have 8. This is however a grey area if you include the eyes and, skin and nipples because, well they have openings also.

If you are reading this then I can 99% say you have probably experienced bleeding in your mouth at some point in your life, you may even be experiencing it now. I feel ya because I have also been there and experienced that.

However many people, even myself feel that if they are bleeding from their mouth then they must stop cleaning in that area where the blood is coming from, or they start to clean a lot less there. You may have even felt embarrassed or ashamed to share this with anyone…I sure did.

What is interesting though is that if we had blood coming out of our other orifices, such as the butt, eyes blood from our butt we wouldn’t ignore it. if we had blood from our eyes we for sure would not ignore that, other orifices like the vagina we would…nope we would ignore that one because that is totally normal and AMAZING!

Ok so the only healthy bleeding orifice of the body is the Vagina - ok?

But blood coming out from your mouth can mean many things, yet the most prevalent reason is GUM DISEASE.

Your mouth is crying blood and asking you to clean more often and in the right way for you and the brush you are using.

Gingivitis translates to gum inflammation and that in itself is a form of gum disease. The good news here is that it is reversible with the correct treatment and care. If this process continues without the correct support, then a more severe form of gum disease can occur and that is called periodontitis. This stage of the disease is irreversible, yet we can stop it in its tracks before it worsens.

A recent CDC report (https://www.cdc.gov/oralhealth/conditions/periodontal-disease.html) stated that 47.2% of adults aged 30 years and older have some form of periodontal disease.

So please do not feel alone if your gums are crying to you.

How can you stop your gums from crying blood to you?

  1. First stop, feel it, be aware, accept and digest.

  2. Take 3 deep breaths with your left hand on your heart.

  3. Say to yourself - ‘I love me and my smile and I have the power to heal and stop this disease’

  4. Start using a soft toothbrush in the areas you notice bleeding ( I recommend Curaprox 5460)

  5. Place the brush half on the teeth and half on the gums and move in circular motions.

  6. Please visit a dental professional as they can check everything for you and give you the right diagnosis.

  7. If you are not able to visit a dental professional at present for whatever reason, or have dentophobia then you can book online with me for further support in how to prevent further dental disease and together we can start your healing journey.
