Teddie's journey starts with the mind and moves to the mouth.
While providing a positive smile experience, she has integrated a conscious stance of mental awareness in the dental health industry so that people can fall in love with their smile and the beauty of their imperfections, that Teddie believes are perfect in their own unique way.

Through educational services and entertainment, Teddie possesses the natural ability to connect an individual's physical health to their underlying mental and emotional being.

Teddie left school at the tender age of thirteen to work in a coffee shop. Due to her early exit from education she decided at the age of sixteen to go back to school yet she had to join adult classes at college. Teddie's cultural background is rooted where education was not at the forefront of life, and for women it was favoured to find a suiter, get married and have a family , instead of gaining a career. However Teddie was a very curious girl and she possessed a passion for learning, anything and everything. Fast forward many years, Theodora has now put herself through some of the most well-known universities and training programs, working with international companies and developing out behavioural changes that break the sustainable development in the industry.
Her commitment & dedication for the the health industry is a different kind of marriage.

This is why Teddie carries awareness and education with her everywhere she goes. Dental health is not just about when the problem arises but rather our every day preventative care.

Teddie helps people to break free from needing a 'perfect smile' but rather stepping into a happy smile. Being able to understand that our mouth has a world of it's own and that it needs attention and care daily, will provide freedom to any mouth troubles for the future.

Through the #SmileBack Program, Teddie stays dedicated in providing access to prevention education for economically marginalized communities worldwide. Understanding the importance of how the mind to mouth connection interacts with the rest of our body brings a wholesome and well-nourished totality to our being.
